Overview

The Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is intended to assist learners’ to understanding of policy and management theory. It benefits your practise in health and social care and gives learners the opportunity to solve problems. It improves one’s ability to be an effective manager in the social care industry.

Furthermore, it combines theoretical and practical knowledge, for example; the qualification will also develop and enhance knowledge and skills, particularly in the areas of leading change and effective performance. Furthermore, it improves your planning and accountability skills while also increasing your development and team leadership qualities. Above all, students will be prepared to work in a variety of roles in Health Care administration or management.

Entry Requirements

For entry onto the Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management qualification, learners must possess:

  • Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 7 diploma or equivalent recognised qualification, or
